Hi all , need HELP with my UAC !!!!!!! When I play, I use the uac, although I get always the warning, it is a cheater has been found! But the cheater plays with no longer, it is displayed in the list on the right! User Name: gilanyiadam User ID: 277021 How can I remove it from the Liste

Thats no worry about, there is nothing we can do, nothing at all
or u can press right up corner that icon sounds and disable sound.

You can't remove it from the list. Cheaters always stay in the match id they were detected. However you can turn off the sound and it won't be saying anything.
