How to make « » ! READ CAREFUL!

STEP 1. You need a file from the game named "Swatgame.eng" it's in the Systems folder. Some of you may not have this file in their game folder, so I suggest you download it following this link: Download HERE! After you download paste the file in Systems folder and continue on to the new steps.

STEP 2. Open it.

STEP 3. Find the line "MPNameAllowableCharSet= abcdefghi..... "

STEP 4. At the end of the line add the symbols » «

2. Press the numbers 1+7+5

3. Release Alt

STEP 5. Save the changes.

STEP 6. When writing the arrows in-game use the same way u put them in the file.
